Engagement of Services
A solicitor-client relationship with Zarie Lorne Professional Corporation is established only upon the mutual execution of a retainer agreement. Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not, by itself, create a solicitor-client relationship.
Fees & Billing
Our standard rates are $400/hr for lawyer time and $150/hr for law clerk time. Travel is billed at $150/hr (lawyer) or $75/hr (law clerk), plus $0.50/km mileage. Accounts unpaid after 30 days are subject to interest at 1.5% per month. Payments are accepted via Stripe (online invoicing).
Legal Aid
Zarie Lorne Professional Corporation does not accept Legal Aid certificates.
Booking & Appointments
All consultation bookings are subject to review and confirmation by Zarie personally. We aim to confirm appointments within one business day. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our office.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zarie Lorne Professional Corporation disclaims any liability for actions taken or not taken based on the content of this website. Reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Zarie Lorne Professional Corporation and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Changes to These Terms
