A little preparation goes a long way. Here's what to bring and what to expect.

What to Bring
Use these checklists to make sure your appointment goes smoothly. Not sure which applies? Bring what you can — Zarie will guide you through the rest.
For All Appointments
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's licence or passport)
- Any existing legal documents related to your matter (previous wills, deeds, agreements, etc.)
- A list of questions you'd like answered
- Contact information for any other parties involved
For Estate Planning
- Names and contact info for your chosen executor(s) and Power of Attorney
- A list of your assets (property, bank accounts, investments, insurance)
- Names and details of your beneficiaries
- Any specific wishes you have for your estate
For Real Estate Closings
- Your Agreement of Purchase and Sale
- Mortgage approval or lender contact info
- Property tax and utility information
- Contact info for your real estate agent
For Notary Services
- The original document(s) to be notarized
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Any specific requirements from the receiving institution
